Travis CLI Radioisotope

travis stores Travis CI API tokens in ~/.travis/config.yml after login. Those tokens authorize API access for the configured Travis endpoint.

This radioisotope migrates the config into Automic Vault and removes access_token entries from the local file. The wrapper restores the migrated config into a temporary private TRAVIS_CONFIG_PATH directory only while the Travis CLI runs.

Runtime changes made by the Travis CLI are not written back to Automic Vault. Direct execution of the original binary does not receive the migrated config.
