Certbot stores ACME account keys and issued certificate private keys under its configuration directory. Those keys are deployment state and are normally renewed in place. Automic Vault detects unencrypted keys in bounded user-level Certbot configuration directories, but does not migrate them because wrapper-only remediation would break renewal semantics.
